Except that you can not copy the files from iPad/iPhone to disk... Some other programs are able to do this. This problem must be fixed...

Users can use just public folder instead of access to Local folders.

There are plenty of file formats still not yet supported. Please update the software to support those other formats. Other than that, the software is pretty decent in terms of streaming video playback.

You can only see public file it is too bad for users. You never see your personal file. It should fix...

It is not compatible with iPad Pro and crashes with iOS 9.3. or higher versions.

Streaming is bugy - it sometimes require iPad reset in order to work (for example if hard drives batery run out while loading stream). WiFi connection is switched off if connected via usb. No way to use it as network storage with Windows and OSX. Bugy and slow files indexing. Device unaccessible from your local network (by using its IP). No way to change hard drive IP nor to set it static for bridging to your local network. No hard drives data encryption. Only WiFi encryption available is old WPA (no WPA2). No retina display support! This GoFlex Satellite hard drive + app combo is useless! Compleate waste of money!

completly useless you cannot save the pictures from disc on ipad or vice versa, open the documents through pages or pictures through keynote. To garbage!!!

It takes hours to connect to the disc but only few minutes to loose the connection... Avi not supported!

The app kind of does what it promises. However it is extremely buggy. Crashing often. And very disappointing interface, completely not fitting to cooperate with LaCie Fuel hi quality and good looking drive. The app is the worst I ever had any on my apple devices. I will keep it for a while and dump it if it will not be fixed.

Should work faster, but its ok to use. Missing polish language, too bad for seagate

I have bought Seagate Nas 2-bay i was hooping that we will have access to our server by this app. But it not compatible wit Seagate Nas !!! In our company people can not have acces to NAS through ipad or iphone It is so BAD !!!! Not useful app and NAS!!!!!! Please do something with it!!!!!

Nice app for watching video, but... for MP4 files only.. Would you add more players please. For example AVPlayerHD.
