This version of the app does not reliably work after the latest IOS update. Cannot find the personal drive since the last update the app is broken.

I have to enter my iTunes/Apple ID or whatever else Apple at the least 15 times most days. But of course I know the system and the method. Now, try to put a new hard drive onto my network with Apple and Time Warner asking for pass codes I find myself not setting up my product but rather managing the security of two empires with my small network as the stomping grounds in which they constantly unzip and force me to deliver my passcode, user identification. You see I like the product and its application its just the other two companies interfere grievously that one just wants to throw all of it back at Best Buy and say F this. My new personal cloud isnt the problem

Really disappointed to find out it wouldnt load or stream iTunes movies onto an iPad or iPhone. Even more disappointed that they are aware of it but have no solution. When I tried to reach out for support thru their website to see if there were any workarounds they were only willing to talk to me for an additional 15 bucks. Not a good customer experience.

Database Indexing, metadata extraction and its stuck on 51%, both for my ipad and iphone. Ive not updated the app, it was working fine a few days ago, and now, nothing . It just sits.

I use Macs. Joe2627 raised a great issue in his discovery & review of that discovery posted 4/21/2016. I desire to have a HD which has password encryption enabled. The ability to plug this drive into any USB and have full access to files is a weakness, even if passwords block WiFi access. This means I can never trust the security of this drive. Had I known this before hand, I would never have purchased this Seagate Wireless Plus 1TB, model 1AYBA4. Mr. Snowden would be very disappointed & every person wishing unlimited physical access thinks Seagate built a hero.

Gets the job done, but needs more reliability and features. Getting there, keep updating.

Cant connect to the Internet from the App. Has never worked. Have to connect directly to wireless signal with Apple TV to stream which is really annoying. Cant cast to TV either.

Im still learning how to best use this app and have only had the Seagate hard drive for a couple of weeks. But it really is very nice to be able to have access to all the music and photos available that I would like.

The UI needs a redesign. Its an ugly app. Why does the auto store from a phone create a new folder? I should be allowed to add content from multiple sources to one master library by date folder. Example iPad, iPhone add videos and pictures to one location (media folder) and the content gets placed into folders by date from both devices. Knowing which device had the image makes searching for it that much harder. This app could be awesome but it falls way short. Think about how a typical family centralizes its media. Make the app auto upload process easy and practical.

Whoever designed the software for this product did the absolute minimum required to say its usable with iOS. It crashes all the time. Seems to require an outside internet connection, for no reason. Does not connect with AppleTV. Requires a bespoke iOS/Mac software patch to work with a Mac. The battery doesnt last anywhere near the advertised duration. Very disappointing product coming from a company as reputable as Seagate. And WAY overpriced, for what you get.

Is very nice to have one place in which everybody in the house can access all documents simultaneously.

Syncing devices to central system is good

The app is someone confusing. A folder of PDFs keeps showing up as photos. When opening photos the app shows all photos on the drive instead of just the ones in that folder. Havent had this thing for 24 hours yet but this nagging me for a rating on the app needed to stop.

I strongly recommended this app to all my friends, but this app is crashed whenever I used. So that I have to reinstall this app every time If I want to use. important note to this app developer, please fix this app bugs soon as possible. Deserves to get 5 stars, thank you.

This app works flawlessly on my iPad 4th generation. No complaints!
