NOT WORK WITH SEAGATE NAS !!!

I have bought Seagate Nas 2-bay i was hooping that we will have access to our server by this app. But it not compatible wit Seagate Nas !!! In our company people can not have acces to NAS through ipad or iphone
It is so BAD !!!!
Not useful app and NAS!!!!!!
Please do something with it!!!!!
