Horrible product

My wife and I used our seagate primarily as backup and storage for mobile photos because we have four kids.
Since we both updated our apps, mine works, my wifes does not. She cannot connect to our drive whether on the home network or otherwise.

Awful. Went from great experience to awful.

PLEASE FIX. It cant be THAT difficult if you really want to. Seeing how long its been, you must not want to.

UPDATE: after the drive being unused for approximately a year because of non-connectivity, Ive been told its somehow been corrupted (when we ONLY used the sea hate app to transfer iPhone pics and videos) and now weve spent 100s of dollars on a doorstop, and need to spend MORE MONEY to get the family pictures off this useless item.
DO NOT BUY SEAGATE PRODUCTS. It worked for a few months and was a headache ever since. Huge waste of money and potentially a huge waste of memories.
