My first impressions are very good.
Since this is a wireless product I called sea gate support. I got right through and I had a happy tech support and we went through the wireless set up which was straight forward and the basic operating instructions.

Its fast in uploading files. The thing I love about this drive you can up load most any type files. I have a iPad and there are some type of files that apple wont allow to be downloaded. Those type of files some music files, video files. Most documents should have no problem.
