App is OK, but NO thumbnails for photos or videos. Please fix!!!

No thumbnails for photos or videos! I have to scroll through all the photos just to find the ones I want. Same with all my videos.
Plays music pretty good.
Cant delete photos through app either. Has to be done on a computer.
Seagate NEEDS to fix the thumbnail issue!!
