After six months, I still dont know what to think

Its been a love-hate affair with this personal cloud. Ive tried to reset it by pressing the reset button 10-15-20 seconds and still cant. Had to work out the side door.
I havent been able to download pictures when away, I can see them in the app, but cant download them.
Ive invested in time to upload 12,000 pictures, so I hope I can solve my problems.
